Phoenix is a concept a myth just like mermaids and there isnt just one mermaid monster high... no one 'owns' myths ,legends and general concepts especially not me..Obviously if it had the same name the same wings the same dress i would think okay get yer own ideas

I most likely won't do a custom of it (scared to use acetone and am terrible at being careful) But perhaps a picture. Flare's hair and outfit and wings look different from Ember's

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my daughter LOVES monster high (as do i) and our last name is phoenix. i actually thought of painting her as a monster high character. and this is very very similar to what i had imagined! BEAUTIFUL!
